Damage protection
Bin Protection Plan
Covers accidental damage to Bindle equipment during your rental, up to 20% of the items on your order, with no deductible. It does not cover missing or unreturned items, misuse, or theft.

Cancellations & changes — Standard
The $10 booking fee is non-refundable on cash refunds. Cancel 7 or more days before drop-off for a 100% refund of the rest, 2 to 7 days before for 50%, and less than 48 hours before or after delivery for no refund. Or take account credit instead: the full amount you paid including the booking fee at the same percentage. You may reschedule once within 60 days. Changing your dates 4 or more days before drop-off has no fee; changes made less than 4 days before drop-off carry a $10 change fee. Moving your pick-up later adds the extra days at the normal rate, and moving it earlier is not refunded.
